CONSCIENTIZATION is a neologism coming from the Spanish word CONSCIENTIZATION. It convey the idea of developing, strengthen, and changing consciousness it was created in the field of education, specifically of adult in the early 1960 producing at same time a new conceptions consciousness .I conducted CONSCIENTIZATION program on the topic child abuse

This was my last day of Teaching Practice. My innovative work was a still model of vascular tissues xylem and phloem from the chapter cell clusters of 8th standard. It was a working model for the students. It gave a more nice experience for the students. The transportation of materials through the tube gave a clear understanding of transportation through xylem and phloem
